Employee #1: Charlie

Charlie Kuhl was Dale's cousin and first hire. He lived at the Gruber House and did everything.

Out of the Garage

Gruber Pallets began renting a small warehouse bay in Lake Elmo, MN.

Disaster and Deliverance

On the brink of losing everything, God brought a new relationship that saved the company.

Growth and Gratitude

With the help of their A+ team, Dale & Diane grew the company to their lifelong goals.

Ownership Transition

Dale & Diane sold Gruber Pallets to their sons, fulfilling their dream to stay a family business.
