Pick your size and quantity on the product page and check out. Checkout is Stripe, so you can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer (ACH). Optional fields let you add your company name, a PO number, and delivery instructions such as dock, receiving hours or a gate code.

No. There is no login and nothing to set up. Stripe emails you a receipt when you pay, and that receipt is your record of the order, because the invoice number on it is the order number we use on the phone, for example Order GP-0041.

It applies automatically in the cart. There is no code to enter and nothing to ask for: the more pallets on the order, the less each one costs. Every break, and the quantity that earns it, is printed on the product page, because the quantity depends on the size — a trailer holds far more small pallets than long ones.

Yes. A full load can be bought online at the deepest volume discount, like any other order. You can also request a quote instead, which is worth doing when you want us to hold stock, plan a run of loads or sharpen a standing order.

Pickup orders are usually ready within one business day at the Lake Elmo yard, Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Most Twin Cities deliveries arrive in one to two business days, between 7am and 5pm. After you pay, a person from Gruber calls or emails to confirm the timing.

Dock access for a 53 foot trailer, and a forklift with an operator present to unload. If your site is tight or you have no forklift, call us before you order and we will work out the best way to do it.

Up to 170 miles one way from the Lake Elmo yard, priced by driving distance. Inside 50 miles you can buy the delivery online and see the exact freight at checkout before you pay. From there out to 170 miles we still deliver, but a person prices the run rather than a web page, because that far out it takes the whole day or goes on a hired truck: send us the details and we will come back with a delivered price. Past 170 miles, pickup is the only option.

You get quality pallets or your money back. Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery at no cost and with no restocking fee, on new pallets in original unmodified condition. Anything defective is replaced or credited.

Yes. Ian Keim runs PDS, the pallet industry’s engineering software, and will send a free spec sheet and dimensioned drawings with no minimum order, usually back the same or next business day. Begin on the custom pallets page.

We do both. We buy back good 48x40 pallets and haul off the rest. About a hundred pallets is the threshold either direction, and pickups run one to seven days. See we buy pallets and pallet disposal.
