Terms of Service

These terms cover gruberpallets.com and every order, quote, pallet buyback offer and job application that goes through it. "Gruber Pallets", "we" and "us" mean Gruber Pallets, Inc., 11490 Hudson Blvd. N., Lake Elmo, MN 55042. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please call us at (651) 436-1912 and we will help you the old-fashioned way.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. Most of our customers are businesses. If you order on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind that company to these terms.

2. Products, prices and quantities

Prices shown on the site are per pallet in U.S. dollars and may change without notice; the price at the time you check out is the price you pay. Volume pricing applies automatically at the quantities shown on each product page. Wood is a natural material: board widths, color and minor cosmetic marks vary from pallet to pallet, and recycled pallets show normal wear. Photos are representative, not an exact promise of appearance. Custom sizes, specialty builds and quantities beyond what the site offers are handled by quote.

3. Ordering and payment

Online orders are paid through Stripe Checkout by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or ACH bank transfer. We never see or store your full card number. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where we are required to collect it. An order is accepted when you receive the confirmation from Stripe and our order email; we may cancel and refund any order we cannot fill, for example if a size is out of stock or a delivery address is outside our delivery area, and we will tell you right away if that happens.

4. Pickup

Pickup is free at our yard in Lake Elmo, Minnesota, during receiving hours. Pickup orders are usually ready within one business day, and we will confirm when they are. Please bring your order number. If you cannot collect an order within 30 days of our ready notice, we may cancel it and refund you less any restocking cost we have actually incurred.

5. Delivery

Local delivery is priced by driving distance from Lake Elmo at the rate shown at checkout and is available up to the distance shown on the product page. Deliveries arrive by semi trailer between 7 am and 5 pm on a scheduled day; we will confirm timing before we roll. You must provide a safe, accessible location, dock access or room for a 53-foot trailer, and a forklift with an operator to unload. If we arrive and cannot unload, or nobody is there, we may charge a return trip. Risk of loss passes to you when the pallets are unloaded at your location.

6. Returns, replacements and problems

Our Return & Replacement Policy is part of these terms. In short: new pallets in original, unmodified condition can be returned within 10 days of delivery at no charge, and if an order arrives damaged, defective or not to the specification you ordered we will replace the affected pallets or credit you. Please inspect your order on arrival and tell us within 10 days.

7. Quotes

Requests sent through the quote form are not orders. A quote we send back is an offer that stays open for the time stated on it (30 days if none is stated) and becomes a contract when you accept it in writing or place the order. Quoted lead times are estimates based on lumber supply and our production schedule.

8. Selling us your pallets

Offers made through our We Buy Pallets form are estimates based on what you describe. The final price is set when we inspect and count the pallets, and we may decline loads that do not match the description, are unsafe, or contain contaminated or non-wood material. You confirm you own the pallets you offer or have the right to sell them.

9. Job applications

Applications sent through our employment pages are delivered to our hiring team by email. Submitting one does not create an employment relationship. Gruber Pallets is an equal opportunity employer.

10. Your account information and privacy

You agree to give us accurate contact and delivery details and to keep them current. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

11. Using the site

You may use the site to learn about our products, order, request quotes and apply for work. You may not scrape it, attack it, submit false forms, or use it for anything unlawful. Everything on the site, including text, photos and videos, belongs to Gruber Pallets or its licensors; you are welcome to share links, but please ask before reusing our content. The site may link to other companies' sites, which we do not control.

12. Warranties and limits on liability

We warrant that pallets will match the specification you ordered when delivered or picked up. Beyond that, and beyond the return and replacement rights above, our products and site are provided as is, without other warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for choosing a pallet suitable for your load, racking and handling equipment, and for using it safely. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for lost profits, downtime or other indirect damages. Some states do not allow certain limits, in which case these apply only as far as the law permits.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. If we have a disagreement, please call us first; most problems are solved with a conversation. Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Minnesota.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new date. Orders are governed by the version in effect when they were placed.
