What Are Used & Refurbished Pallets?

Used pallets are standard wood pallets that have completed one or more shipping cycles and been returned, sorted, and inspected for reuse. Refurbished (or reconditioned) pallets take that a step further — broken boards and blocks are replaced so the pallet meets the original spec before it ships again.

Both options deliver real cost savings versus new pallets — typically 30–50% less — without sacrificing the strength and load capacity your operation requires when they're properly graded.

Pallet Grades We Carry

• Grade A (Premium Used) — Like-new condition. No broken boards, solid blocks/stringers, consistent dimensions. Best choice for automated warehouses, rack storage, and product display.
• Grade B (Standard Used) — Minor cosmetic wear, surface stains, or small repairs. Structurally sound. Ideal for internal warehouse moves, storage, and one-way outbound loads.
• Refurbished / Reconditioned — Grade B pallets repaired to Grade A spec. Broken deckboards and stringers replaced. Inspected to GMA standards before delivery.
