Luke leads Gruber Pallets day to day. He grew up in the business and has an intimate knowledge of how everything operates, from accounting and finance to every workflow on the floor, digital and physical.

Vice President
Dale handles sales and purchasing: customers, vendors, and the quoting and pricing behind every order. He is always looking for ways the operation can put customers first, starting from what the customer needs and working backwards.

Office Manager
Wendy runs the office at Gruber Pallets. When you call or email, she is often the first person you reach, and she keeps orders, paperwork and communication moving so customers always know where things stand.

Account Manager
Ian looks after Gruber Pallets customers. He helps you pick the right pallet, sets up recurring orders, and is the person to call when your needs change or a delivery has to move.

Plant Manager
Juan runs the plant in Lake Elmo. He leads the crew that builds, sorts, repairs and heat treats pallets, and he is responsible for the quality of every pallet that leaves the yard.

Logistics Manager
Ben manages trucking and scheduling. He routes deliveries and pickups across the Twin Cities so orders arrive on time and customers get updates along the way.
