Gruber Pallets, Inc. ("we") runs gruberpallets.com. This page explains, in plain words, what information the site collects, why, and who else sees it.
What we collect and why
- Orders. When you buy online, Stripe collects your name, email, phone, billing and delivery address and payment details to process the payment. We receive everything except your full card number, which Stripe keeps. We use it to fill and deliver your order, calculate sales tax, send your receipt and contact you about the order.
- Quotes and pallet buyback offers. The quote and We Buy Pallets forms send us your name, company, contact details and what you need or have. We store this in our sales system so a person can follow up.
- Job applications. Applications go by email to our hiring team and are kept for hiring purposes only.
- Site usage. We use Google Analytics and the Google Ads tag to count visits and see which pages and forms are used. Google sets cookies for this. We do not sell this data or use it to identify you personally.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that help us run the site and the business: Stripe (payments and receipts), Cloudflare and Railway (hosting), Google (analytics, ads measurement and product listings), Resend (delivering application emails), our sales and delivery software, and Slack for internal order notices. Each receives only what it needs. We share information with the government only when the law requires it. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.
Cookies
The site uses cookies for Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement, and Stripe uses cookies on its checkout pages to prevent fraud. You can block cookies in your browser; the site and checkout still work.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Quote and buyback requests are kept while we are working with you and for a reasonable time afterward. Applications are kept for the current hiring cycle unless you ask us to hold them longer.
