  • Return window: 10 days from delivery
  • Return method: In store — return pallets to our facility or we will arrange pickup
  • Restocking fee: None
  • Eligible products: New pallets in original, unmodified condition
Damaged or Defective Products

We stand behind the quality of every pallet we sell. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the specifications you ordered, contact us as soon as possible and we will make it right — either by replacing the affected pallets or issuing a credit to your account.

To Request a Return or Report an Issue

Please include your order details and, if applicable, photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Conditions
  • Pallets must be in new, unmodified condition
  • Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery
  • Pallets that have been modified, repaired, or damaged through use after delivery are not eligible for return
  • Replacement pallets for defective orders will be delivered on our next available route
