All pallet sales are final once delivery has been accepted. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer standard returns or refunds.
Damaged or Defective Products
We stand behind the quality of every pallet we sell. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match the specifications you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right — either by replacing the affected pallets or issuing a credit to your account.

Conditions
- Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery
- Pallets that have been modified, repaired, or damaged through normal use after delivery are not eligible
- Replacement pallets will be delivered on our next available route
