Static load is what it holds sitting on the floor. Dynamic load is what it holds on a forklift. This pallet is not rated for racking, so keep it off open-beam pallet racks. Empty pallets nest inside each other, so a stack of empties takes a fraction of the space.

Pick plastic when the pallet gets wet, works near packaged food or medicine, leaves the country, or comes back to you trip after trip. For a dry, one-way domestic load, a wood pallet does the same job for a lot less.

Before you buy
Is the plastic pallet in stock?
Yes. We keep the 48x40 nestable plastic pallet at our Lake Elmo yard. Pickup orders are usually ready within one business day and Twin Cities delivery is typically one to two business days.
Can I use it for food?
It is suitable for packaged food items and washes clean. It is not approved for direct food contact.
Can it go on pallet racking?
No. It is rated 5,000 lb static on the floor and 2,000 lb dynamic on a forklift, but it is not rated for open-beam racking.
Do you sell other plastic sizes?
Other sizes and full truckloads are quoted. Most are built to order with a 2 to 4 week lead time. Request a quote with the size, quantity and ZIP.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Buy one pallet or a full truckload online. Volume discounts start at 225 pallets (3 stacks of 75). At 1,950 pallets or more, buy online at $35 per pallet or request a quote for custom truckload pricing. Full truckloads are quoted for our best price.
Can I pay by invoice or purchase order?
Online checkout takes card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and ACH bank transfer. For net terms, request a quote and we will set up your account.
