26.55 miles, and what that is worth
Apple Valley Business Campus and the Dakota County industrial corridors are a proper run from Lake Elmo, down Cedar Avenue or across County Road 42. We are not going to claim we are around the corner. What we will do is show you the arithmetic: one delivery charge for the truck, spread across whatever is on it, so the more of the trailer you fill the less those miles matter.
